Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime. No Contracts.

Every Ascendry Membership can be cancelled at any time. There are no long-term commitments and no cancellation fees.

How Cancellation Works

• Cancel from your billing portal (the link in your receipt email) or by emailing marketing@ascendryrealestate.com from your membership email address.
• Cancellation stops all future charges immediately.
• Your membership access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for — monthly members through the end of the billing month, annual members through the end of the membership year.
• No partial-period refunds are issued for the remainder of an active period after cancellation, except as described below or where required by law.

Refunds

• Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full — contact us and we'll make it right promptly.
• Billing disputes: reach out to us before initiating a chargeback — nearly every issue is resolved faster with one email.
• Refunds outside these cases are at Ascendry's discretion, considered case by case.

Price-Lock Guarantee & Rejoining

The founding-rate Price-Lock Guarantee applies to continuously active annual memberships. If you cancel and later rejoin, the rate current at the time of rejoining applies.
