Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of programs, educational services, workshops, events, tools, resources, and other offerings provided by AscendryRE, LLC ("Ascendry," "we," "us," or "our"), unless a separate written agreement expressly provides different terms.
All Sales Are Final. No Refunds.
Except for duplicate or erroneous charges, circumstances where Ascendry is required by applicable law to provide a refund, or as otherwise expressly stated in a separate written agreement, all purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is made.
This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether you later decide not to participate, withdraw from a program, miss scheduled sessions, experience a change in personal or financial circumstances, do not complete the program, do not use included tools or resources, do not source or pursue a real estate transaction, or are dissatisfied with your individual results or outcomes.
Cancellation or Withdrawal
You may stop participating in an Ascendry program or service at any time by notifying us at support@ascendryrealestate.com. Stopping participation, withdrawing, or choosing not to use the Services does not create a right to a refund, credit, transfer, or release from any remaining payment obligations.
If Ascendry suspends or terminates your access because of nonpayment, misuse, misconduct, or violation of our Terms of Service, amounts already paid remain non-refundable and any remaining amounts owed remain due according to the applicable purchase or payment terms, except where prohibited by law.
Payment Plans and Installments
If Ascendry allows you to pay a fixed program or service price in installments, the payment plan is a method of paying the total purchase price over time. It is not a month-to-month subscription and does not make the purchase cancellable on a monthly basis.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, withdrawing from or discontinuing participation does not cancel the remaining scheduled installments. You remain responsible for the full purchase price and all scheduled payments, subject to applicable law.
Program Dates, Attendance, and Included Services
Missed calls, workshops, review sessions, events, one-on-one sessions, deadlines, recordings, tools, software access, resources, or other included benefits do not create a right to a refund or credit. You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, completing required work, and using available resources within the applicable program or service period.
Ascendry may reasonably modify schedules, session dates, speakers, delivery methods, tools, resources, or other operational details as permitted by our Terms of Service. If Ascendry cancels an offering entirely and does not provide a reasonably comparable replacement, rescheduled offering, or other remedy, any refund or other remedy will be handled as required by applicable law or the applicable written agreement.
Transfers and Deferrals
Purchases are personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred, assigned, or deferred to another person, program, cohort, or future date unless Ascendry agrees in writing. Any approved transfer or deferral is discretionary and does not create a refund right.
Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
Duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded after review. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at billing@ascendryrealestate.com so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue promptly. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable billing or dispute rights you may have under applicable law.
Separate Written Agreements
Certain higher-touch, project-based, consulting, or other services may be governed by a separate enrollment, order, services, or engagement agreement. If a separate written agreement contains refund, cancellation, payment, scope, or termination terms that conflict with this policy, the separate written agreement controls for that specific service.
