- Usage information: pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, collected through privacy-focused analytics.
- Community activity: if you join our member community (hosted on Circle), your profile and posts within that community are visible to other members per the community's settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, bill, and manage your membership;
- To deliver the services included in the membership (community access, live calls, AI underwriting tools, curriculum);
- To send you transactional emails (receipts, account notices) and, with your consent, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time;
- To improve our website, offers, and member experience;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business:
- Stripe — payment processing
- GoHighLevel — customer relationship management and email delivery
- Circle — member community platform
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security
- Google Workspace — business email and document storage
Each provider processes your data only as needed to perform its service. We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Email & Text Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive transactional communications about your membership. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message. If you provide a phone number and opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use minimal cookies necessary for the site to function, and privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers on this website. If that changes, this policy will be updated and appropriate consent will be requested.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information while your membership is active and as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes (such as tax and accounting requirements). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
