Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.ascendryrealestate.com and the Ascendry Membership (together, the "Services"), operated by Ascendry Real Estate Mastery ("Ascendry," "we," "us"). By purchasing a membership or using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. The Membership
Ascendry Membership is an educational and community product for real estate investors and operators. It includes access to an online member community, live calls and briefings, an execution curriculum, templates and tools, and access to AdamIQ, our AI-assisted underwriting and deal-analysis tool, subject to a member usage allotment that we may set and adjust in the billing system.
2. Billing, Renewal & Cancellation
- Pricing: $249 per month, or $2,300 per year, as selected at checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Auto-renewal: memberships renew automatically — monthly plans bill monthly and annual plans bill annually — until cancelled.
- Cancel anytime: there are no long-term contracts. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Price-Lock Guarantee: founding annual members retain their founding annual rate for as long as their membership remains continuously active, notwithstanding future price increases.

3. Educational Purpose — Not Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice
Ascendry provides education, tools, and community — not investment advice. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your membership. Real estate investing involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult licensed professionals before acting.

4. AdamIQ & AI-Generated Output
AdamIQ produces AI-assisted analysis based on the data you provide and on modeling assumptions. Its output is informational, may contain errors, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision. You are responsible for independently verifying any analysis before acting on it. AdamIQ usage is subject to a member allotment that may be adjusted; excess usage may require separate arrangements.
5. Community Conduct
Our community runs on mutual respect and real numbers. You agree not to: harass or disparage other members; spam, solicit, or promote outside businesses without permission; share other members' private information or deal details outside the community; misrepresent your experience or results; or use the community to distribute securities offerings or investment solicitations. We may remove content or suspend or terminate memberships that violate these standards, with access continuing through the paid period except in cases of serious misconduct.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the Services — curriculum, templates, scripts, recordings, branding, and software — is owned by or licensed to Ascendry and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use as a member. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish member content. You retain ownership of content you post in the community, and grant us a license to display it within the Services.

Member experiences shared in our materials are individual results from real members and are not typical or guaranteed. We only publish member results with permission.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascendry disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or investment losses.
9. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware on an individual basis — class actions are waived — except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court.
10. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Services (including features, schedules, and tools) and these Terms as the business evolves. Material changes to these Terms will be notified by email or site notice, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Your price is protected per Section 2 where the Price-Lock Guarantee applies.
